The TG tg (Catalog #MBS438137) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Thyroglobulin (Thyroidal Cell Marker) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s Thyroglobulin can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Formalin.
Flow Cytometry (0.5-1ug/million cells in 0.1ml)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed) (0.1-0.2ug/ml; 30 min at RT) (Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TG tg for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The TG tg product has the following accession number(s) (GI #55770862) (NCBI Accession #NP_003226.4) (Uniprot Accession #P01266). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.
