anti-CD89 antibody product blogThe CD89 fcar (Catalog #MBS213674) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD89 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood
Flow Cytometry: Maximum Dilution: Neat. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD89 fcar for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD89 fcar product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4503673) (NCBI Accession #NP_001991.1) (Uniprot Accession #P24071). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse anti Human CD89 antibody, clone MIP8a recognizes the human CD89 cell surface antigen, a 50-75kDa cell surface glycoprotein that is also known as the IgA receptor (Fc alpha R). CD89 is expressed by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils. MIP8a blocks binding of IgA to the Fc alpha R, and also inhibits neutrophil phagocytosis of IgA complexes.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1 ml distilled water
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
1% Bovine Serum Albumin. Immunogen: Recombinant soluble human Fc alpha R
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD89 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD89 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Adenoma, Carcinoma, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Necrosis, Weight Gain are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI HUMAN CD89:RPE. Blood tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
