anti-CLEC2 antibody product blogThe CLEC2 clec1b (Catalog #MBS224416) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CLEC2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul.
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: Neat. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CLEC2 clec1b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CLEC2 clec1b product has the following accession number(s) (GI #323714237) (NCBI Accession #NP_001191168.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q9JL99). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the RAT ANTI MOUSE CLEC2:RPE with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data #1 (Mouse peripheral blood platelets stained with Rat anti Mouse CLEC-2:FITC (MBS224383) )
Testing Data #2 (Mouse peripheral blood platelets stained with Rat anti Mouse CLEC-2:RPE (MBS224416) )
Rat anti Mouse CLEC2 antibody, clone 17D9 recognizes mouse C-type lectin domain family 1 member B, also known as CLEC2 or CLEC1B. CLEC2 acts as a receptor for rhodocytin, a platelet-aggregating protein found in snake venom. CLEC2 expression is not restricted to platelets and also acts as an activation receptor on neutrophils.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1ml distilled water
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: RBL-2H3 cells stably expressing HA-tagged mouse CLEC2.
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised Wistar rats were fused with cells of the rat Y3 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Mouse. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CLEC2 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CLEC2 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Fibrosis, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to RAT ANTI MOUSE CLEC2:RPE. Liver, Lymph Node tissues are correlated with this protein.
